Non-Oriented Electrical Steel
Features uniform magnetic properties in all directions, specially developed for automotive rotating electrical components. It is the preferred material for new energy vehicle drive motors with high cost performance and stable operation.
Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel
Adopts precise grain orientation technology, with ultra-low loss in the rolling direction, suitable for automotive static power conversion equipment. It ensures high efficiency and low heat generation of vehicle power systems, improving vehicle power supply stability.
Mechanical Property
Non-Oriented Electrical Steel
It achieves balanced high tensile strength (480-550 MPa), yield strength (360-430 MPa), appropriate elongation of 19-23% and moderate HV hardness around 190-220.
General Product Features
Grain-Oriented Electrical Steel
It delivers tensile strength of 510‑560 MPa, yield strength ranging from 400‑430 MPa and elongation above 20%. Even‑sized grains deliver outstanding flatness after annealing.
