Product Overview
We supply a full range of electrogalvanized grades including DC01+ZE, DC03+ZE, DC04+ZE, HC340LAD+ZE, HC420LAD+ZE and HC420/780DPD+ZE automotive‑grade materials.
Compared with HDG steel, EG‑ZE steel features ultra‑fine surface finish, high dimensional accuracy and stable stamping performance. It performs well during deep drawing, bending and welding without thick zinc residue. Passivation, anti‑fingerprint and oil‑coated surface treatments are available as your requirements.
Basic Explanation
+ZE = Electro-galvanized (electro-galvanizing, EN-10152), with a thin and uniform coating. The electroplating does not alter the mechanical properties of the base material.
It is divided into 3 major categories:
1) DC01+ZE, DC03+ZE, DC04+ZE: Low-carbon IF ordinary deep drawing steel (yield ≈ 170-220 MPa, not high-strength steel)
2) HC340LAD+ZE, HC420LAD+ZE: HSLA low-alloy high-strength steel;
3) HC420/780DPD+ZE: DP duplex advanced high-strength steel (780 MPa grade).
