Solucky Steel Limited|Journey to Northeast China

Dec. 11, 2025

To strengthen cross-department communication and team cohesion, we organized a memorable team-building trip to Northeast---Changchun and Changbai Mountain.

To strengthen cross-department communication and build closer teamwork, Solucky Steel organized a five-day corporate team building journey.Colleagues from sales, technical R&D, processing workshop, logistics and after-sales teams all joined this trip. Away from daily order coordination, steel slitting, AHSS processing and export shipment work, everyone communicated freely in team interactive activities in Changchun.

Our team building trip set off from Shanghai. We first visited Changchun Ice and Snow New World to experience the unique winter charm of this northern city.

We sat inflatable ring on the snow slide at an altitude of 1314 meters, linking up one after another to form a long line. Everyone shouted and screamed with excitement as we slid down. The thrilling experience brought us great joy and greatly strengthened our team cohesion.

Then, we traveled to Changbai Mountain to appreciate the spectacular Tianchi, the highest volcanic crater lake in China and the source of three major rivers in Northeast China.

Surrounded by 16 volcanic peaks, the sapphire-blue Tianchi lake presents stunning natural scenery. Standing on the mountain top overlooking the vast lake, our team gained new energy and tacit understanding.

Later,we headed deep into natural scenery and traveled to Laolike Lake, located on the western foot of Changbai Mountain.

We rode snowmobiles to reach the lake area, where everything was blanketed in pure white snow and all kinds of trees stood tall and straight. We built snowmen and had snowball fights, fully immersing ourselves in the delightful charm of the remote mountain forest.

This wonderful experience took our team tacit understanding to a new level.

The seamless cooperation we gained during this trip will be reflected in our daily work, enabling us to offer efficient technical support and stable steel delivery services to all global automotive partners and stamping partners.

Why team cohesion supports our global clients

Our core business covers SAPH, DH, QP and martensitic automotive high-strength steel, customized cutting, laser welding and full-container export for auto OEMs & Tier 1 manufacturers across Mexico, Europe and Southeast Asia.

Efficient technical response, stable bulk supply and on-time global delivery all rely on seamless internal collaboration. This Changchun & Tianchi trip reinforced our united spirit: we will keep a positive, cooperative mindset to solve lightweight, stamping and logistics demands for every partner.

A cohesive team lays solid groundwork for long-term reliable cooperation. Please do not hesitate to contact us via email: market@so-lucky.cn

Material Section (Twelve): Application of 6xxx/7xxx Series Aluminum Alloy Materials as Core Materials for Automotive Lightweighting
Material Section (Twelve): Application of 6xxx/7xxx Series Aluminum Alloy Materials as Core Materials for Automotive Lightweighting

In the current era where automotive electrification and lightweighting are deeply integrated, "reducing weight means increasing range, and improving efficiency means reducing costs" has become an industry consensus. Aluminum alloys, with a density approximately one-third that of steel, a mature processing system, and controllable overall costs, are currently the largest-scale and most widely applicable lightweight metal materials for automotive lightweighting. Among them, the 6xxx series (Al-Mg-Si) and 7xxx series (Al-Zn-Mg) two alloy systems, with their balanced forming corrosion resistance and extremely high specific strength, cover almost all core lightweighting scenarios from body outer covering parts, structural profiles to crash safety components.

Materials Chapter (XI): Application of Light-Weight Automotive Materials-Magnesium Alloy, 3/5-Series Aluminum Alloy and Honeycomb Foamed Aluminum Series

Against the industry consensus that “weight reduction equals extended range and improved safety” for new energy vehicles (NEVs), lightweighting has long evolved from an optional upgrade to a core proposition in vehicle development.

Material Section (八): Analysis and Application of Hot Stamping Steel PHS Series

Driven by the dual trends of automotive electrification and upgraded crash safety standards, vehicle lightweighting and impact protection have become two equally critical core objectives. Featuring ultra-high tensile strength, high-precision forming capacity and remarkable weight reduction effects, press hardening steel (PHS) has turned into the standard material for passenger cabin safety structures of modern automobiles. Its application proportion and strength grade directly define the upper limit of vehicle crash safety and lightweight performance.

Material Series (VII): Analysis and Applications of Hot-Rolled High-Strength Steel Grades

Among the technical routes for lightweighting of automobiles and construction machinery, hot-rolled high-strength steel serves as the most widely adopted core structural material with optimal cost performance. It covers a wide range of applications, including frame longitudinal beams and cargo floor panels for commercial vehicles, chassis subframes and control arms for passenger cars, as well as load-bearing structures of battery packs for new energy vehicles. Ranging from 240 MPa high-formability ductile steel to 960 MPa ultra-high-strength steel, the performance limits, process characteristics and failure risks of various grades directly determine the weight reduction ceiling, safety margin and manufacturing cost of structures.

Material Series (V): Applications of HS-IF High-Strength Interstitial-Free Steel

High-Strength Interstitial-Free (HS-IF) steel is currently the most widely used advanced high-strength steel grade for automotive bodies, accounting for 30%~40% of the total steel consumption of a vehicle body. It achieves an optimal balance between deep drawability and mechanical strength, making it the primary lightweight material for outer panels and structural components.
